JMDG Crank-Type Radial Piston Motor
Crank-type architecture for higher-speed industrial duty — high volumetric and mechanical efficiency across the full range, with single, dual, and triple displacement options that shift under load.
JMDG uses a crank-type radial piston mechanism — distinct from the TMS sphere-piston design — suited to higher speed ranges up to 500 r/min while retaining low-speed high-torque behaviour.
Multi-displacement options allow shifting between settings under load for true multi-speed operation. In injection molding machines, JMDG drives the plasticizing screw with precise torque control at 10–150 r/min; in marine cable lifters it turns the drum directly at 5,000–20,000+ N·m.
