ZCM combines a TMS or BM series motor core, a fail-safe multi-disc brake, and a planetary gearbox into one compact unit — eliminating the engineering work of matching separate components and reducing installation space and connection points.

The robust output shaft handles heavy radial loads from sprockets, sheaves, and booms. The integrated brake holds position without continuous hydraulic pressure — essential for boom lifts where an operator works at height, and for crane slew drives holding a fully-extended boom.

Proven in boom lift turret slew, rough terrain crane superstructure rotation, and concrete pump main slew (ZCM3).
