QJM
Mortar Pump
Abrasive mortar at steady delivery pressure — how the QJM ball-piston radial motor keeps a mortar pump feeding the line without pulsation.

Mortar is abrasive and unforgiving of flow interruptions — a pulsing drive means a spitting nozzle and blocked lines. The pump drive has to turn smoothly against high, steady back pressure.
Motor roles in this machine
- QJM — pump drive: Ball-piston radial motor delivers smooth low-speed torque at continuous high pressure — the delivery stays even from hopper to nozzle. QJM reference →
- Simple, serviceable package: Compact direct drive with few wearing parts — suited to equipment that lives on plaster and screed sites.
