BM3Y Direct-Mount LSHT Orbit Motor
Bolt it straight to the driven machine — 194 to 2,650 N·m from 80–1,250 ml/r, with high starting torque and stable rotation right through to 805 r/min.
BM3Y is the direct-connection member of the BM3 family. It is compact and light enough to mount straight onto the driven machine, which removes the coupling, the guard and the alignment step — and with them the two most common sources of premature shaft failure.
Working principle is cycloidal: pressure oil enters the chamber between the cycloidal wheel and the pin cylinder, the wheel rotates and orbits about the pin cylinder centre, and the drive shaft converts that motion into continuous output. Speed and direction follow flow and valve position directly — no gearbox stage in between.
The performance signature is a wide speed range with high starting torque and stable rotation at the top end, which is why BM3Y turns up on mixer drums, hose reels, crusher rotation and combine header reels rather than on continuous traction. Field use spans agricultural, fishing, plastics, mining and construction machinery.
