BPBS Full-Hydraulic Steering Unit
The BPBS series (BPBS1 / BPBS5 / BPBS5T) — proportional power steering for tractors, combines, and forklifts, with priority valve integration options.
BPBS converts steering wheel rotation into metered hydraulic flow via a rotary valve and rotary meter — the cylinder receives oil in exact proportion to the wheel angle, with no mechanical shaft between wheel and axle.
In the combine harvester system, BPBS handles steering alongside BM5 (header reel) and ZBMR (straw chopper) — one supplier across the machine. Companion valves (VLSA60, YXL priority valves) complete the steering circuit.
