ZXG3 Integrated Slew Drive
A housing-rotating slew drive that integrates a hydraulic motor, a multi-disc brake and a 3-stage planetary reduction into one compact unit — built for the boom slew joints of underground drill jumbos and mining slew mechanisms.
The ZXG3 is a housing-rotating (壳转) integrated slew drive. Instead of turning a shaft, the reducer housing itself rotates and outputs through a mounting flange, while the opposite side bolts to the machine frame — so the unit sits directly between two structures and turns one relative to the other. That makes it a natural fit for boom-root and boom-head joints that need continuous 360° slew.
Inside one housing: a hydraulic motor, a spring-applied multi-disc friction brake, and a 3-stage planetary reduction, plus an encoder interface for rotation-angle feedback. Compact, light, high-torque, high-efficiency and low-noise, with an output flange rated for large radial and defined axial load.
ZXG3.35 delivers 35,000 N·m and ZXG3.30 delivers 30,000 N·m. The encoder interface makes the drive ready for intelligent, semi-autonomous tunnelling equipment where the controller needs to know exactly where the boom is pointing.
