ZYJ Integrated Hydraulic Winch
Motor, wire rope drum, multi-disc brake, and load-holding valve in a single enclosed unit — from light duty to heavy marine and crane applications.
ZYJ integrates a THOTH hydraulic motor (TMS or BM core) with drum, brake, and load-holding valve — a complete winch that ships as one tested assembly rather than four components to match.
Options include a free-fall function for anchor winches, bi-directional braking for controlled load lowering, and custom drum width and wire capacity on request. In the rough terrain crane, ZYJ3 serves as the hoist drum alongside ZCM slew and TMS travel drives.
Applications: crane hoists (main and auxiliary drum), marine deck winches, forestry log yarding, and deep-foundation drilling rig kelly winches.
