JMDG
Rubber Injection Machine
Rubber is not a forgiving melt — how the JMDG crank-type radial piston motor sustains the high plasticizing torque a rubber injection machine demands.

Rubber compounds are far more viscous than thermoplastics: the screw drive must sustain higher torque at lower speed, continuously, while keeping shear — and therefore cure behaviour — repeatable.
Motor roles in this machine
- JMDG — screw drive: Crank-type radial piston motor delivers high continuous torque at low speed with minimal ripple — stable melt temperature, consistent parts. JMDG reference →
- Around-the-clock duty: Built for sustained industrial cycles — the motor, not the maintenance schedule, sets the pace.
